Pick a time that works.

Twenty minutes. Tell me what's eating your time and I'll tell you straight whether I can fix it and roughly what it takes. If I'm not the right person for it, I'll say so on the call rather than after you've paid me.

What happens after you pick a time

  • On the call

You describe the process, I ask where it goes wrong. Twenty minutes, no deck, no pitch.

  • Within a day or two

A written scope if it's a fit, or an honest no if it isn't. Either way you're not chasing me for an answer.

  • Before anything is built

You approve that scope. You're never paying for something you haven't seen described first.

Worth having ready

The process itself

Walk me through what happens now, step by step, including the part everyone forgets to mention because it's annoying.

Where it goes wrong

The edge cases. The order that arrives differently, the customer who's always an exception. That's where the real work lives.

What you're already paying for

Which tools you run today. Quite often the fix sits inside something you already have a subscription to.
